1- For defective items:
First of all we apologize for having sent you a defective item.

2- If an item is missing on delivery of your package:
First of all, we invite you to check the shipping email for your package.

For any purchase made on the site, the reimbursement method corresponds to the initial method of payment.
A payment by bank card will be reimbursed by bank card.
A payment via paypal will be reimbursed via paypal.
